The year 2020 went a long way in terms of helping us find some of our favorite recipes! Who wasn’t baking banana bread while stuck indoors, let’s be honest! With all the extra time to stay home, my daughter and I got creative with breads and cookies. We tried at least 10 different banana bread recipes in search of our favorite — varying from the simplest of simple to the fanciest of fancy. I’m thrilled to say that we have officially found our favorite banana bread recipe! This recipe was far away the best all-around in terms of easiness to make, texture, and taste! It’s quick (only takes 2 bowls and a something to mix with!), makes your home smell like Heaven, and is honestly just YUMMY. This recipe is truly loved by everyone in our household. To me, it’s just what banana bread should be!
Again, this is not my recipe. Just one we’ve found and celebrate (lol!) We have to thank Joy of All Recipes for this. See her recipe here!
